Blast hits Lebanese city of Tripoli

Four Lebanese soldiers and a civilian have been killed after a car bomb exploded in the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli. Lebanese military officials said 26 soldiers and two civilians were also wounded on Monday in what was the second deadly attack to target the army in two months.
